Leasing Professional - Shorewood

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join our team at Shorewood Apartments in Mercer Island, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
