This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Requirements
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments
- Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
- Prepare the lease and move-in package, and ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure apartments are in move-in ready condition
- Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy
- Use on-site property management software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, and manage resident and prospect data
