This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
- Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
- Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
- Mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions.
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal if the position requires working on a sealed HVAC system to test system pressures, handle refrigerants, etc.
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property, if applicable.
