Job Description
Aspenridge has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in our success, overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Requirements
- Vast maintenance management experience in multifamily housing
- Knowledge of Hot Water Heater repair and maintenance, carpentry required
- Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software (Yardi/One Site)
