Maintenance Supervisor - Sylvan Woods Westchester

The Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing the technical, mechanical, and maintenance operations of the community, ensuring that all interior and exterior areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Requirements

• Assists and completes work orders generated from resident requests for service
• Oversees and completes the “make-ready” process
• Develops standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community’s grounds, amenities, and buildings
• Periodically inspects work performed by other service team members and contractors
• Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials
• Completes monthly preventative maintenance procedures
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
• Conducts regularly scheduled Greystar safety meetings
• Demonstrates customer service skills
