Maintenance Technician - Avana at South Station

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in the success of Avana at South Station. The team member will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company’s standards.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
