Maintenance Technician - Matthews Square

Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable)
