Maintenance Technician - Mosaic

Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of related experience
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
