Project Manager

Ensures the on-time and on-budget completion of assigned construction and new development projects by managing all activities related to the planning, building, budgeting/financial, safety and code compliance of the assigned new construction and development projects.

Requirements

• Manages the activities associated with development and new construction projects
• Reviews project specifications, blueprints, and plans
• Provides input into preparing hard cost estimates and project budgets
• Determines the staffing requirements and assigns team members and sub-contractors to jobs
• Manages the day-to-day progress of the project from initial construction through delivery
