Job Description
Greystar is looking for a Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects in Tennessee and Georgia. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on ground-up construction projects
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing project teams and subcontractors
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
