Regional Property Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall performance and profitability of a portfolio of properties within a designated region. This role involves developing and implementing effective property management strategies, ensuring high tenant satisfaction, and optimizing financial returns for property owners.

Requirements

• Ensures that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals
• Collaborates with CMs to ensures that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals
• Takes ownership of and implements local and national operational initiatives, championing change and ensuring proper adoption of revised protocols at all properties
