Service Technician - The Vanguard (Student Living)

Perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards.

Requirements

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartment homes
• Follows procedures for accessing materials and supplies
• Completes documentation and paperwork
• Assists in maintaining grounds and common areas
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
• Complies with safety and risk-management policies
• Inspects work performed by contractors and vendors
• Conducts routine and periodic property inspections
• Follows established policies and procedures
• Practices proper safety techniques
