Security Manager / Foreign Disclosure Representative

Role Overview

The Security Manager is responsible for managing and executing the organization’s industrial, personnel, information, and operational security functions while administering the Command’s Foreign Disclosure Program. This role ensures compliance with applicable Department of Defense (DoD), national security, foreign disclosure, export control, and classified information protection requirements.

Lead day-to-day security operations, administer personnel security actions, maintain compliance with applicable DoD and national security requirements, manage classified holdings, conduct internal security reviews, and develop security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in security management, industrial security, personnel security, information security, or related security functions
• Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying DoD security and foreign disclosure regulations, directives, and policies
• Hands-on experience with standard Federal Security systems (i.e. DISS, MP-ICAM)
• Experience submitting, tracking, and processing personnel security and clearance-related actions
• Experience handling classified information and maintaining compliance with safeguarding and accountability requirements
