Security Account Manager

Role Overview

Under direction of the Director of Operations, the Account Manager will undertake general oversight of operational and administrative functions across a large contract assigned. This person will ensure the highest standards of security and compliance are being met across all sites.

What You Will Do

Administers internal control programs, manages large-scale deliverables, receives and executes technical directions, monitors attendance and disciplinary issues, and prepares weekly summary reports.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must possess at least eight years of experience managing security operations at a complex, multi-use facility; or six years serving in the US military or law enforcement. Must be highly organized and available during off-hours, weekends, etc.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience managing security operations at a complex, multi-use facility
• 6 years serving in the US military or law enforcement
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing Guard staff
• Ability to receive and disseminate information clearly
• Ability to support First Responders as directed
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Highly organized and responsive
• Courteous, 'customer-service' demeanor
