Training Specialist

Role Overview

Conduct research to develop and revise training courses, train personnel, and prepare reports. Provide technical guidance and oversight for IT Training activities. Develop training plans and programs for IT staff and systems users.

What You Will Do

Deliver training to end users on software programs, develop training curricula, and evaluate training effectiveness. Ensure training materials are up-to-date and utilized.

Requirements

• Provides highly specialized and technical guidance to IT training challenges
• Simultaneously plans, manages, and provides technical oversight for IT Training activities
• Develops training plans and training programs for various levels of IT staff or systems users
• Has substantive experience in training discipline(s)
• Deliver training to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in support of business objectives
