Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Information Technology, or relevant certifications
• 5+ years of experience in training
• Significant experience with Instructional Systems Design and customer service
• Experience with computer functions, technical terminology, and application of hardware and software
• Ability to travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally
