As a Sales Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our fast-paced environment, ensuring the seamless execution of our sales and retail energy service deliverables.

Requirements

• Manage workflows
• Conduct thorough due diligence on high-value customers
• Prepare detailed and accurate contracts
• Coordinate with Operations to properly book contracts
• Work closely with brokers to confirm deal details
• Accurately log completed deals
• Take ownership of complex billing scenarios
• Oversee activities after deal closure
• Partner with brokers to ensure timely customer payments
• Act as a liaison with Operations to ensure broker and customer requests are handled efficiently
• Provide backup and support to other Sales Support team members
• Import and manage data with precision
• Maintain accurate internal reporting
• Provide cross-functional support
