Sr. Project/Project Manager - EPC
3+ years of prior construction project management experience in the energy industry, with a preference for experience in battery energy storage projects
Director of Transmission & Interconnection (ERCOT)
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, 10+ years of experience in transmission planning, interconnection, or power systems engineering, and direct experience advancing projects through the ERCOT interconnection process
Asset Manager
3+ years of energy industry experience, Bachelor's degree, ability to travel occasionally within the US
Director of Procurement
Bachelor's degree in Procurement / Supply Chain Management, 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, and deep familiarity with utility-scale renewable energy lifecycle
Investment Associate
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or other quantitative field, with a Masters or PhD preferred. A minimum of 4 years of prior work experience in project finance, investment banking or buy-side role, within the financial services or the energy industry
Manager/Sr. Manager Transmission and Interconnection
Minimum 5 years of experience with utilities, system operators, energy consulting firms, or independent power producers, and strong knowledge of the ERCOT and/or SPP grids, interconnection process, stakeholders, and regulations
Sr. Network Engineer
5+ years of experience in networking, with a minimum of 3 years in BESS or related energy systems
Director of Origination
10+ years of energy industry experience, Bachelor's degree, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in power origination
