Sr. Project/Project Manager - EPC

GridStor is looking for an experienced EPC Project Manager to join their team, responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and cost of large-scale battery storage construction projects.

Requirements

• Manage the execution of one or more energy storage projects
• Manage subcontracts associated with project equipment, engineering services, and balance of plant supply
• Manage project risk through risk register and recovery plan implementation
• Coordinate and integrate equipment and BOP contractor project plans and scope
• Lead GridStor's EPC Safety Program
• Implement GridStor's Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors
• Develop and grow business relationships with EPCs, engineering firms, consultants, and others
