Product Designer

As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience across GridUnity's portfolio of products, with accountability for UX quality, coherence, and usability across individual features and the broader platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing user experiences for complex B2B or enterprise software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work (research, flows, interaction design, and delivered product)
• Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering in an Agile environment
• Ability to design for complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and expert users
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions using evidence
