People Partner

We are seeking a People Partner (HRBP) to help build and scale our People Operations function, partnering with managers and ICs to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR Business Partner or equivalent experience, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
• Strong judgment, communication, and influencing skills
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting engineering and R&D orgs
• Proven experience handling employee relations matters
• Strong experience running and improving performance management cycles
• Experience administering and analyzing employee engagement surveys
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale People programs
