Job Description
The School of Government and International Relations is seeking a PhD candidate to join the Resilient Elections project, which evaluates electoral resilience by investigating threats to three foundational dimensions of elections: participation, contestation, and organisation. The project will provide new theoretical insights into electoral resilience and develop practical measures and strategies to strengthen elections and democracy.
Requirements
- Completed a Bachelor's degree with honours equivalent to first-class honours
- A Master's degree (AQF Level 9) incorporating a significant research component
- International applicants must meet English Language Proficiency requirements
