The company operates 20 plasma donation centers across Egypt and a state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing complex that can process up to 1 million liters of plasma annually, with the capacity to double in the future. GEPD is the first Egyptian source member of the Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association and the region’s first dedicated plasma‑derivatives venture, positioning it as a key driver of self‑sufficiency and innovation in critical therapies. Job Description
The Center Operations Manager is responsible for the technical operations within the Donation Center, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and optimizing daily operations to achieve KPIs and targets.
Requirements
- B.S. degree in the medical field and health-related science
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory/ people management experience
- Experience in a GxP regulated environment and Quality standards
- Post-Graduate Certification in Quality Assurance (preferrable)
