Job Description
Grifols is a global healthcare company seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and support dashboards, reports, and analytical assets to provide insights to business users across commercial, operations, finance, and technical functions.
Requirements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into BI specifications.
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports using approved BI tools.
- Develop and maintain semantic models, datasets, and metrics within the BI environment.
- Perform data validation, QA, and reconcile visualizations with upstream datasets.
- Partner with Data Engineering to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and pipeline issues.
- Document BI assets, definitions, and usage guidelines.
- Support business user enablement and conduct training sessions.
- Collaborate with Data Governance to maintain metric consistency and proper definitions.
- Assist in dashboard optimization, performance tuning, and visual best-practice adoption.
