Job Description
Join an international team working to improve the future of healthcare as a Compensation Analyst at Grifols. The role involves implementing the Compensation Policy in all compensation processes for different Grifols affiliates around the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics or similar.
- 3-5 years' experience in the Compensation and Benefits department.
- Experience in evaluating company positions using market evaluation methodologies like Gradar, WTW, Mercer, Hay...
- Proficiency level in Spanish and English (Advanced C1).
- Proficient knowledge of MS-Office suite (Excel).
- Attention to detail, organizational and strong analytical skills.
- Dynamic, proactive and results oriented person.
- Flexible to changing environment and eager to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with different countries and to work as part of a team.
