Requirements
- BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 8 years in customer service leadership or contact-center management
- 3 years managing outsourced/vendor operations with formal SLA/KPI governance
- 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (or equivalent)
- Direct experience in designing IVR scripts, escalation models, QA calibration, and codifying SOPs/playbooks
