Requirements

• Degree in Medical Visit or scientific degree Bac + 4 / Bac + 5
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a hospital environment
• Excellent knowledge of decision-making circuits
• Ability to evolve in a demanding and scientifically advanced medical environment
• Very good knowledge of hospital pharmacists and users
• Solid mastery of the medical, regulatory and competitive environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• High autonomy, rigor, professionalism, sense of initiative and taste for challenge
• Listening, analysis, reflection and questioning skills
• Ability to manage a budget and a local strategy
• High ethical sense, humility and respect for deontology rules
• Ability to manage urgency and pressure with serenity and sense of priorities
