Requirements

• Obtain section assignments at the beginning of each shift.
• Maintain proper table alignment and setup.
• Take used tableware to the dish pit and unload, sort, and stack silverware, glassware, and dishes.
• Clean table tops, chairs, booths, booster seats, and high chairs.
• Sweep floors, sidewalks, and parking lot.
• Monitor trash cans and empty them as needed.
• Clean restrooms.
• Follow closing procedures.
• Be kind and courteous to guests.
• Interact with guests and relay requests.
• Attend team meetings.
