This Dishwasher position involves loading, unloading, and maintaining dish machines, cleaning and sanitizing dishes and kitchenware, and ensuring a clean dining and kitchen environment. It requires excellent hygiene, communication skills, and the ability to maintain sanitary conditions. Regular team meetings are also needed.

Requirements

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report malfunctions.
• Monitor water temperature and maintain sanitary washing cycles.
• Wash and store tableware and kitchenware.
• Clean and organize the dish area.
• Handle tableware carefully.
• Maintain adequate levels of tableware and cleaning supplies.
