Job Description
This Dishwasher position is for someone with a passion for cleaning and maintaining sanitary kitchen environments. The role involves loading, unloading, and cleaning dish machines, handling tableware, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Regular meetings and adherence to cleaning guidelines are expected.
Requirements
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
- Keep the dish machine clean and report problems.
- Monitor water temperature for sanitary washing.
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
- Bag and haul dish area trash to the dumpster.
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware and detergents.
- Clean food preparation and production areas (as required).
