Industrial Tank Cleaning Supervisor

GrizzlyTrek is seeking an Industrial Tank Cleaning Supervisor to oversee tank cleaning operations at various shutdown projects across Western Canada. The successful candidate will supervise crews, mentor team members, and ensure safe and efficient job performance. Travel is required for this role.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in industrial or refinery tank cleaning operations
• Proven supervisory experience with demonstrated mentorship and team leadership capabilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License at minimum; Class 3 Driver's License preferred
• Strong understanding of confined space entry, HazMat procedures, and respiratory protection requirements
• Ability to work in industrial environments including refineries, petrochemical plants, utilities, and pulp and paper mills
• Ability to work outdoors in all elements and inside confined spaces wearing full HazMat apparel including breathing air lines or respirators
• Physically capable of performing and overseeing demanding fieldwork during extended shifts
