Job Description
We are seeking an HPC User Support Specialist to provide high-quality support to researchers, engineers, and scientific users running workloads on national HPC resources, and contribute to training material and documentation. The successful candidate will join a talented team with strong technical skills and a commitment to innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement of GRNET's HPC services.
Requirements
- Experience using Linux environments and command-line tools
- Familiarity with HPC concepts such as modules, batch systems, job schedulers, and parallel computing
- Experience with HPC application execution or user support in a technical environment
