Job Description
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation programs to ensure fair and competitive pay structures within GROB.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in compensation analysis preferred
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors software is a plus
