Grocery Outlet is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to assist in setting up new stores across the US, travel to different locations weekly to merchandise new stores and support existing store operators, and serve as a brand ambassador in the field. The role offers an exciting opportunity to explore new places and engage with diverse teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrating merchandising best practices to store employees
- Guiding Independent Operators and their store teams on merchandising and brand standards
- Constructing & deconstructing of store fixtures including shelving and racking
- Unpacking pallets with various types of food & products
- Merchandising and organizing product on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Working efficiently and effectively on tight timelines
- Administrative tasks including but not limited to managing expenses, booking flights, submitting time sheets, checking email, etc.
