Job Description
As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will drive efficiency and support critical decision-making opportunities by analyzing financial performance data and presenting analysis and forecasts to senior leaders. The role reports into Manager of Finance and involves working closely with other members of the Finance team.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid financial acumen including accounting knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- 1-3 years of financial analysis experience or related equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
