Job Description
Grocery Outlet is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead product development and innovation in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in product management and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of success in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into product solutions
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
