Job Description
GROPYUS is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their concept team in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. This role involves planning production systems, expanding factory capacity for automated building module production in Germany, and implementing digital transformation within an interdisciplinary team. Focus is on production process planning, value stream thinking, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet production line balancing standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design and optimization of industrial production systems.
- Analytical, structured and documented way of working.
- Logical approach in defining work systems and processes.
- Methodological competence in time studies, value stream design, and waste analysis.
- Good communication skills and strong English/German language skills.
