Job Description
GROPYUS is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their Concept Team. The role focuses on planning production systems, automating manufacturing, and optimizing the factory for automated production of building modules, particularly considering track & field manufacturing. The Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and value-added solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the design and optimization of industrial production systems.
- Analytical and structured working process.
- Methodology skills including time studies (Refa, MTM), Design Office, Waste Evaluation.
- Experience with factory simulation and product planning.
- Excellent communication and English/German language skills.
