Job Description
GROPYUS is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer for Production to join their team in Richen, Baden-Württemberg. The role involves reading instructions, operating machines, assembling building components, maintaining machinery, and contributing to continuous optimization. The company focuses on sustainable, affordable and aspirational buildings.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., wood processing training, carpentry, machine and plant operator training, industrial engineer or another)
- First professional experience in a production line
- Proficiency in technical understanding and high quality orientation
- Ability to use the computer
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Teamwork and willingness to work
- Good German skills (independent use of the language)
