Job Description
GROPYUS is a company that creates sustainable, affordable, and aspirational buildings through modular construction and smart living. We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our Building Systems Team, where you will design the building system and enable project realization through physical and digital products and processes.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of project development in stage LP5
- Implementation of state-of-the-art architectural and technical solutions in our timber residential Building Product
- Constant and controlled evolution of the Product within the Series- and Change Management
- Coordination with design disciplines like Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, Fire Protection, and Energy Design
- Contribute to the improvement of our Digital Value Chain in close collaboration with the Product and Technology Teams
- Design for user centricity, DfMA, sustainability, and cost
