Job Description
As a Senior Preconstruction Manager, you will be the link between the customer and the project, translating customer requirements into technically clean, economically sound, and sales-convincing concepts based on our wood-hybrid construction system.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role (e.g. technical acquisition, offer management, preconstruction, sales engineering in construction)
- Experience in turnkey construction (GU/GÜ), ideally in residential construction
- Strong building practical understanding
- Above-average communication skills, well-developed customer orientation, and convincing strength
