GROPYUS is a technology-based construction company seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on evolving its manufacturing facility's architecture, integrating PLCs and OT systems, and building a solution for full simulation of manufacturing orders.

Requirements

• Experience in PLC or other OT technologies
• Knowledge of modern software engineering approaches like code reviews, testing, CI/CD, etc.
• Operational mindset for monitoring, maintaining, and improving software uptime
• Experience in companies with strong operational cultures, ideally in logistics or manufacturing
• Proficiency in PLC programming, robot programming, OPC-UA, and other listed technologies
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting practices for production systems
• Experience defining and working with SLAs/SLOs
