Job Description
Senior Tax Manager will support Groq's Head of Tax in building a scalable tax function, owning key tax workstreams, and partnering cross-functionally to strengthen governance, documentation, and controls.
Requirements
- CPA and/or MS in Tax preferred
- 8+ years of progressive tax experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ASC 740 income tax accounting and provision processes
- Experience building and operating SOX-aligned controls for tax processes
- Solid foundation in global corporate income tax compliance
- Experience partnering with Accounting/Finance stakeholders
- Clear communicator with strong technical writing skills
- Seasoned project management skills
