Your Work Environment

In our building project management, the focus is on the turnkey realization of our diverse building projects. On the one hand, the construction specialists on site are responsible for the timely implementation of the demanding project developments, while on the other hand, specialized areas focus on the targeted tendering and awarding of consulting and construction services, as well as the clarification of related legal issues and regular information and communication with our investors and buyers on technical matters.

Your Tasks

• Leadership of project teams for outstanding building projects in turnkey construction, taking into account economic and technical targets
• Responsibility for the planning, timely and high-quality implementation
• Monitoring of the construction progress and performance control
• Professional involvement in the tendering and awarding of construction services
• Additional management and cost control
• Coordination, organization, control and leadership of external planning participants with a focus on performance phases 5-8
• Organization of the information flow between project team members and third parties

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Completed studies in the field of architecture/civil engineering
• 5-10 years of proven experience in project management of high-quality office and residential buildings
• Taking responsibility for meeting deadlines and project budgets
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Team spirit and independent, engaged, and responsible work style
• Good MS Office skills and ideally knowledge of other building-relevant programs
