The Construction Project Leader will independently steer the planning and realization of new and renovation projects in the South region, create cost estimates, assemble a team, and oversee site supervision and quality control.
Requirements
- Technical degree or comparable training/qualification as a building technologist
- Experience in construction or planning and realization of construction projects, ideally in retail
- Independent, self-responsible working style, assertiveness, and team ability, as well as negotiation skills
