Ground Recruitment is a boutique agency specialising in the placement of highly skilled geotechnical engineers and geologists across Australia and New Zealand. Our client is a renowned civil and structural consultancy with a global footprint across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and the UK, seeking a Senior or Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join their multidisciplinary team in Western Australia.
Requirements
- Design and develop geotechnical solutions across various sectors and project types
- Prepare detailed design memos and reports, translating advice into specifications and drawings
- Scope, cost, and oversee geotechnical site investigations supporting larger design packages
- Supervise and mentor junior team members in site investigation works in accordance with AS1726
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, contractors, and external partners
- Support the Geotechnical Lead in client relationship management, team development, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration
