Appian Architect

Groundswell is a premier technology integrator looking for an Appian Architect to provide integrated architecture support and act as a trusted advisor to clients. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with Appian solutions and a strong understanding of Agile delivery, database design, and cloud computing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Appian solutions
• 5+ years of related IT experience
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
• Active Appian Lead Certification
• Strong experience with Agile delivery
• Strong technical implementation skills
• Strong database design and development skills
• Experience evaluating and resolving issues found during system security testing
• Experience with Appian Cloud configuration and support processes
• Experience implementing Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid platform deployments
• Experience in network infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting techniques
• Strong communication skill and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written; active listening skills to gather key information from internal and external partners; analytical and strategic foresight
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team (team-building skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a “do whatever it takes attitude”)
