Job Description
Groundswell is looking for experienced technical Appian Consultants to provide hands-on Appian implementation on our delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Requirements
- Bachelorās Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions
- 2+ years of related IT experience
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task (prioritize and manage), and work both independently and as a team
