Groundswell is seeking an experienced Workday Benefits Architect to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of complex Workday Benefits solutions within large enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of Workday experience, with deep specialization in Workday Benefits.
- Workday Benefits Certification (Required).
- Consulting implementation experience including leading full lifecycle Workday deployments.
- Large enterprise implementation experience supporting complex organizations.
- Expertise in ACA configuration, Open Enrollment, eligibility rules, coverage targets, and vendor integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, EIBs, and reporting (Advanced/Composite).
- Experience developing functional specifications and configuration documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. health & welfare and retirement plans.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive and client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by contract.
- Must be able to submit IRS Letter 6201 (Tax Compliance Report) as part of the background and security investigation process per contract requirements.
- Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
