Groundswell is a premier technology integrator seeking a Workday Integration Lead to lead the development and maintenance of HR technology and integration architecture for the Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
Requirements
- US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Workday Integrations Certification (Orchestrate for Integrations, Extend, and Studio Certifications are a plus)
- Minimum 7 years total work experience with 5 years' in HCM, HRIS, or Integrations experience (multiple projects)
- Must have experience leading multiple implementations (minimum 2) of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experience
- Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience translating business requirements into system requirements
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Great organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate and work productively as part of multiple fully remote and/or hybrid teams
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 15%)
